After secondary school in London, I successfully applied for an apprenticeship at Vidal Sassoon, graduating with my NVQ 1, 2, and 3 qualifications in hair styling.

Life brought me to south Wales, where I developed my skills in different salons and I learnt from so many wonderful people. I am always looking to learn and improve my craft to offer you an unmatchable salon experience. I have also been trained by TIGI, by Balmain for hair extensions, and by The Naked Weave for invisible weave hair extensions.

In 2022, I became fully self-employed and launched my mobile hair styling service, and then I achieved one of my dreams…

Based in Newport, I offer a wide range of custom cutting and colour work, specialising in hair extensions with methods suited to various hair types. I also stock a range of hair accessories and hair care products. I look forward to sharing my work with you and helping my clients to feel their best self.

  • I offer weaves, tape extensions, nano/micro rings, and pre-bonded hair extensions. Get in touch if you'd like to know more!

  • I'm delighted to offer a mobile hair service for clients who are elderly or have limited mobility, within a radius of 10 miles. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

  • To keep you safe, any clients who haven't previously booked a colour treatment with me will need to have a patch (allergy) test 48 hours before your treatment.

    If you previously had a colour treatment with me, but not for over a year, you will also need to have a patch test 48 hours before your treatment.

  • Your appointment is time you've chosen to spend with me, and it's important to me that that's honoured. On arrival, I offer free tea, bean-to-cup coffee, soft drinks and snacks, all of which are vegan.

    There are toilets downstairs in the gym and a café-lounge area with pre-prepared meals, protein shakes and a supplement shop.

    The salon is accessed by a set of stairs and is unfortunately not accessible by wheelchair. I'm pleased to offer a mobile service within a 10-mile radius to clients with limited mobility. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

    (Please note I currently stock oat milk. If you have an intolerance to oat milk, please let me know and I will stock an alternative plant-based milk!)

  • I offer gift vouchers all year round, just pop in to see me to pick up a voucher for a loved one. Gift vouchers can be bought for any value and claimed at one or over multiple appointments. Thank you so much for your support.

  • For services under £50, a £10 deposit is required.

    For services over £50, a £20 deposit is required.

    A QR invoice will be sent to you for payment before your appointment is secured.

    If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit will carry over to your next appointment.

    When you refer a friend, you and your friend will each receive £5 off your appointment when they make a booking with me.

    When you or your friend make your booking, please reference the code RAF5 and your friend's name.

    (Please note, only one £5 off referral can be used on a single appointment. Multiple referrals must be split between single appointments and cannot be collected and used on one appointment.)

  • I have a cancellation policy in place to protect my time and your appointment.

    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the cost of your appointment.

    Missed appointments will incur a 100% charge of the cost of your appointment.

    You will be sent a QR invoice which must be paid before booking future appointments.

  • Cash is always accepted!

    I'm also pleased to accept digital payments using SWAY. It's a paperless payment option which generates a QR code for my clients to scan at the end of your appointment. You will then be able to safely and securely make your payment. SWAY links directly to your bank account, with no need to download any apps, just like a manual bank transfer.

    As a small business, this option is great for me as it does not take any percentage of my revenue like traditional point-of-sale services.
